ChangeDrive
An utility for fast changing the drive definition on the CJS MSX Emulator.
A&L Software - Manual
The program purpose
This program can change the actual drive definition of the CJS MSX Emulator (MSX1, vr. 0.99b, or MSX2, vr.1.0 or above) without needing you to manually edit the definition file.
Using the program
The program syntax is the following:
The list d1,d2,d3,d4... is the drive list to define for the emulator. Drive A is assumed as d1, drive B as d2, and so on.
ChangeDrive is the name of the program (you can rename it to any name, so it will be more easy to you to remember and type).
If you type nothing after the program name, you will receive the actual definition of the drives on the emulator.
And finally, the option /? gives you a little help.
The program doesn't test if the assigned drives are valid or not.
About the program
This program is freeware. You can copy and distribute it to anyone without any costs.
Codificador/Decodificador de ROM/EPROM
A tool to decode and encode EPROM/ROM data on EPROM devices with modified data-wires; encoding/decoding maps can be found on MSX Pró (Windows, in portuguese; Linux/DOS, in english).
DiskImage Converter 1.01c
(c) A&L Software - Manual
Objective
This program allows you to convert disk image files from one format to another, giving you more portability for your data.
An example: a program doesn't recognizes DiskDupe image files, but only VGACopy image files. You don't need to execute DiskDupe and VGACopy for making a new image file. Use DiskImage Converter. In a few seconds you have a 100% compatible VGACopy disk image file from a DiskDupe image.
Using the Program
The program is very simple to use. Just follow these steps:
Program Distribution
This program is FREEWARE. You can copy and distribute it to your friends without any charge, if you don't remove the author name.
Important Notes
The DiskDupe write option is not complete. The DiskDupe converted image is not recognized by DiskDupe program. Only programs that ignore the image header (like the CJS MSX2 emulator) can be used.
Program Improvements
This program is not complete. It's only the first version. I have include in it the disk image formats that I had (and understood).
If you have a disk image format that works with this program, a disk image format that is not in this version, any information about others disk image formats, I would like very much to know.
